I had an incredible experience at this resort! The chalets and communal dining added a unique touch to my stay, and the staff truly made us feel welcome. I loved the food and the dog sledding excursion was a thrill. On the downside, I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the activities and perhaps a softer bed would have been nice.

The personalized service was exceptional, with every staff member memorizing our preferences. The dining experience felt luxurious, with each meal being a culinary delight. The location was perfect for winter activities, although make sure to rent appropriate winter clothing.
